Using the site
- You must be 18 or older, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order.
- You are responsible for keeping access to your account and your one-time codes to yourself.
- Do not attempt to disrupt the site, extract data from it in bulk, or use it for anything unlawful.
- Our name, designs, photographs, text and artwork belong to us. You may not copy or reuse them commercially without our written permission.
Products, descriptions and colour
We describe our products as accurately as we can, including fabric, GSM, fit and measurements. Screens render colour differently, so a shade may vary slightly from what you see. Garment measurements are given on each product page and on our Size Guide; they are the measurements of the garment laid flat, not of the body.
Stock is finite. An item shown as available can sell out between the moment you add it to your cart and the moment you pay.
Prices
- All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless we say otherwise.
- Different sizes of the same product may carry different prices; the price shown once you select a size is the price you pay.
- We may change prices at any time. A change never affects an order that has already been confirmed.
Placing an order
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm the order. Until then we may decline it — for example if the item is out of stock, if the delivery address is outside our courier network, or if we cannot verify the payment.
Payment
- Online payments are handled by our payment gateway. Card, UPI and netbanking details are entered on their secure page; we never see or store them.
- An order is treated as paid only once our systems confirm the payment with the gateway. Being redirected back to the site is not by itself confirmation.
- Where cash on delivery is offered, it depends on the delivery PIN code, the order value and our courier supporting it at that address. It is not available on every order.
- Where we offer partial cash on delivery, you pay an advance online and the balance to the delivery agent. The advance is stated at checkout before you pay.
Delivery
We ship through our courier partner to PIN codes it services. Delivery estimates shown at checkout come from the courier and are estimates, not guarantees. Standard delivery is free. Express delivery, where available, is charged at the rate shown before you pay. Full details are on our Shipping & Delivery page.
Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. If a package arrives damaged or tampered with, tell us within 48 hours with photographs so we can take it up with the courier.
Cancellations, returns and refunds
You may cancel an order before it is dispatched. After dispatch, use the return process instead. Returns, replacements and exchanges are available for 7 days from delivery, on the conditions set out on our Returns & Exchanges page, and refunds follow our Refund Policy.
Reviews you write
You can review an item you have actually received. Reviews are moderated before they appear and are published under your first name. We may decline to publish a review that is abusive, off-topic, or not about the product; we do not edit the words of a review we do publish.
Our responsibility
We stand behind what we sell. Nothing in these terms limits any right you have under Indian consumer law. Beyond those rights, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it, and we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss.
We try to keep the site available at all times but cannot promise it will never be interrupted for maintenance or for reasons outside our control.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. The version published here when you place an order is the version that applies to it.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any dispute is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts at Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh.
