Delivery charges

Standard delivery is free on every order across India. No minimum order value applies.

Where express delivery is offered for your PIN code, it can be selected at checkout for an additional ₹100. The exact charge for your order is always shown on the checkout page before payment.

Dispatch and delivery time

Orders are packed and handed to the courier from our Ghazipur, Uttar Pradesh facility. The estimated delivery date shown on the product page and at checkout is calculated from your PIN code using our courier partner live, so it reflects the actual route to your address rather than a generic promise.

Delivery timelines are estimates. Weather, regional restrictions, public holidays and courier delays can extend them.

Serviceability

You can check whether we deliver to your PIN code on any product page before ordering. If a PIN code is not serviceable, the order cannot be placed for that address.

Tracking your order

• A confirmation is sent when your order is placed.
• A tracking link is sent once the parcel is handed to the courier.
• Live status is always available under Track Order and in My Account.
• You are notified when the parcel is out for delivery and again once it is delivered.

Cash on Delivery

Cash on Delivery is available on eligible orders and PIN codes. Availability is confirmed at checkout.

Failed or undelivered parcels

Couriers normally re-attempt delivery. Please keep the phone number on your order reachable, as a courier who cannot reach you may return the parcel to us. If a parcel is returned undelivered, our team will contact you to arrange redelivery or a refund.

Incorrect address

Please check your address and phone number before paying. Once a parcel has been handed to the courier the delivery address cannot be changed. Contact us immediately if you spot a mistake and we will try to intercept the shipment.
